Orders & payment
How do I pay? At checkout, using the payment methods shown there. Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify.
Is there a discount for buying more? Yes. Add 3 or more items to your cart and use code SQUISH3 at checkout for 10% off your order. Codes can't be combined.
Can I cancel? Yes, before your order is sent. Email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Delivery
How much is delivery? RM18 within Malaysia, free on orders of RM80 or more. International delivery is RM78 per order.
How long does it take? In Malaysia: 1–5 business days to process, then 7–15 business days in transit, so about 8–20 business days in total. See Shipping information for international times.
How do I track my order? We email a tracking number when your order is sent. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns & problems
My squishy arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send it back.
Can I return something I don't want? Because our items ship from overseas, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been sent. See our Refund policy.
About the squishies
What's the difference between slow-rising, rebound and zero-rebound? Slow-rising squishies sink when you squeeze and slowly puff back up. Rebound (bouncy) squishies spring back quickly. Zero-rebound squishies, like the peanut, keep the shape you squeeze them into.
Are they safe for kids? Our squishies are not suitable for children under 3 because of small parts. They are not food: never heat, microwave, freeze, cut or chew them, and stop using any squishy that is torn or leaking.
