These terms apply when you visit or buy from SquishPals ("we", "us"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies.
About us
SquishPals is an online store based in Malaysia. You can contact us at squishpals.support@gmail.com.
Using our store
You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give accurate information and to use the store only for lawful purposes. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses the store or breaks these terms.
Products
We try to show our products and photos as accurately as we can. Colours may look different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly because the products are made by hand and by machine. Our squishies are toys and not suitable for children under 3 because of small parts. Do not eat or chew them, and stop using a damaged item.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) unless the store shows another currency. We can change prices at any time, but a price will not change after you have paid. If we find a pricing mistake after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.
Orders
An order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit any order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined unless the code says so, have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Each code's conditions are shown at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times, fees and our returns rules are set out in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content on this store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to SquishPals or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
Limits of our responsibility
We provide our store and products "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as carrier delays, customs, strikes, weather or system failures. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

Our store may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
