Shipping policy

We ship to Malaysia and to selected countries worldwide. Your order is packed and sent by our fulfilment partners, so delivery takes longer than from a local shop.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment. You will get an email with your tracking number once your order ships

Estimated delivery time

• Malaysia: 7 to 15 business days after your order ships

• International: 10 to 25 business days after your order ships

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs, public holidays, weather and carrier volume, especially around sales seasons.

Orders with several items

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and you are responsible for paying them.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that you entered.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived after 30 days, email Squishpals.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
