Our squishies are packed and sent by our fulfilment partners overseas, so delivery takes longer than from a local shop. Here's exactly what to expect.
Delivery in Malaysia
- Price: RM18 for orders under RM80. Free for orders of RM80 or more.
- Processing: 1 to 5 business days after payment, before your order is sent.
- Transit: 7 to 15 business days after your order is sent.
- Total estimate: about 8 to 20 business days from order to doorstep.
International delivery
- Price: RM78 flat rate per order. The free-delivery offer applies to Malaysian addresses only.
- Processing: 1 to 5 business days. Transit: 10 to 25 business days after your order is sent.
- Countries we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
- Customs: import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices or delivery fee and are paid by you.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, public holidays, weather and busy sale seasons can add delays.
Tracking
When your order is sent, we email you a tracking number. If your order contains several items, they may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it was sent, email squishpals.support@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and resend your order or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't change an address once an order has been sent.
